Product Description

I.Basic Working Principle

By vacuum suction (or artificial feeding) into the conical container of the material through the mixing of the binder added in the modified stirrer under the action of the ring, radial, axial movement, fully mixed, and then by the granulation cutter cut into uniform texture, dense spherical particles. (The following schematic diagram)

III. Equipment Composition, Main Structure, and Materials

1. Composition

The machine is mainly composed of the chassis, covered container, mixing system, cutting system, discharge device, control system, and water-gas system. (As shown in the figure below)

 

 

IV. Main Structure and Materials

1. Chassis:Made of welded steel, the frame is covered with stainless steel plates. The chassis frame is divided into upper and lower parts. The bottom is equipped with adjustable support feet and vibration damping pads. The upper frame supports the covered container, mixing system, cutting system, and discharge device. The lower frame mainly carries the reducer, motor, and transmission system. The electrical control motherboard is placed inside the lower frame. Frame material: Q235-A. Three sides are equipped with protective cover plates, and the other side is equipped with a movable door made of protective cover plates. Material: SUS304.

 

2. Covered Container:The container is inverted conical, with a stirrer installed at the bottom center and a granulation cutter on the side. The upper part has a quick-opening cover; the quick-opening cover consists of a cover, cover fixing arm, cover rotating arm, and cylinder. The cover is equipped with a feed port, sight glass, and exhaust device. Material: SUS304.

 

3. Mixing System:Composed of a motor, frequency converter, reduction device, transmission shaft, modified Bumar-type stirrer, compressed gas sealing device, and rotating

 

air gap seal. Material: 45#/SUS304.

 

 

4. Cutting System:Composed of a motor, frequency converter, transmission components, multiple U-shaped cutting blades, and gas sealing components.

5. Discharge Device:Composed of a discharge seat, discharge plug, discharge port, and guide rod.

 

6. Control System:Composed of a PLC programmable controller, complete electrical components, pneumatic components, and a human-machine interface operation screen.

 

V. Main Performance Characteristics

1. Chassis

1.1 Surface matte treatment, high smoothness, easy to clean;

1.2 Adjustable support damping pads can quickly adjust the equipment level;

1.3 Movable door structure, convenient for maintenance.

 

2. Covered Container

2.1 No dead corners inside the container, the inner surface is polished to a roughness of Ra=0.8μm, conducive to material flow and cleaning.

2.2 Operates in a sealed state, pneumatic quick-opening container cover, easy and fast to open, convenient for feeding and observing the movement of materials inside the container.

 

3. Mixing System

3.1 Smooth operation, high output torque, improves movement, reduces vibration, and lowers noise;

3.2 The stirrer can make the material produce circumferential, radial, and axial fluidized movement, strong and uniform mixing ability;

3.3 For materials with large specific gravity differences, it can also mix well and prepare granules;

3.4 Axial sealing effect is good, preventing drugs from being contaminated by lubricating grease, and avoiding material and liquid from entering the bearing cavity, damaging the equipment.

 

4. Cutting System

4.1 Smooth operation, high output torque, improves movement, small vibration, and low noise;

4.2 Multiple U-shaped cutting blades, strong shearing force, fast granulation, good particle size;

4.3 High and low-speed switching according to process requirements.

5.1 Safety interlock, convenient and fast discharge.

5.2 Pneumatic control, simple structure.

 

6. Water-Gas System

Manual valve controls water and gas conversion, good sealing, no leakage.

 

7. Control System

PLC control, human-machine interface operation, can set and display operating parameters and actual working parameters; reliable, operable, and maintainable, simple, intuitive, and easy to master.

 

8. Advantages

8.1 The whole machine has reliable safety interlock protection function;

8.2 Can be equipped with a vacuum feeder and a paddle machine (optional), to complete feeding and spraying;

8.3 Can be connected to a dryer to form an integrated production line, thereby reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
